HOUSE RULES

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or ID details are required by the property.
- Payments by bank.
- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
